So the whole gang moved the show out onto the water yesterday, with fantastic results.
A quick sail around the island turned out to be an awesome performance experience on FORRO.
With winds of more than 20kts, FORRO was racing along a great clip, with spray and a rooster tail behind as evidence.
A great time was had by all ... check out the pics in the gallery!

'04 First Cut Crew Schedule is Posted!
Someguy writes "All you frostbitten sailors out there, take note - the skipper has just posted this year's crew schedule. Just lick on the menu item on the main page. Crew - get your picks in early to avoid disappointment.
Some Changes This Year! For those of you living under a frozen rock, the J/105 fleet has their own course this year, freeing up opportunity to expand our races logged. The NOOD is also coming to Toronto this year in June, should prove to be a large fleet.
Post to you later,
Greg "

New Locking Fastener - no glue needed!
Someguy writes "Ok the off - season can be really dull, but check out this amazing new fastener presented a couple of weeks ago at SEMA.
This thing can lock itself without lock washers or locktite - perfect for those rigging applications where we require a safely locked bolt. (Come to think of it, all rigging needs that).
Any way, here is the link http://www.go-breslin.com
They are currenltly selling mostly automotive sizes, but have promised to release new sizes soon, and of course all sizes are available in SS. "

Woops, got my domain suspended there!
Someguy writes "I apologize to any of you surfers trying to read old articles or see pictures from past regattas .. as you may have noticed the mezo.ca domain was suspended for about three days due to some administrative errors on my part.
Please accept my apologies and surf away!

'03 Canadians: Skipper's View
Someguy writes "The 2003 Canadians were sailed in light and variable conditions that challenged all crews. While Jim Rathbun and his team on Hey Jude sailed a good series, the surprise of the event was Live Edge with excellent speed and only their one OCS exuberance prevented them from winning the series. Royal Weekend '03 Skipper Named
Someguy writes "Finally we can say who is going to skipper FORRO for the Royal Weekend Regatta Starting next weekend: it will be Adam!
Those of you who have sailed with Adam know all about his exploits on the East Coast; about his racing prowess in Charleston, SC and about his history as a sailing instructor at the RCYC Junior Club.
The crew and yours truly looks forward to seeing Adam (co-owner of FORRO by the way) back on the helm!
Good luck to Adam and all the crew for the Royal Weekend!

Dominic the latest Member of the FORRO crew!
Someguy writes "Dominc Tamás Mezo arrived on June 22, at 7lbs even... wow what an entrance - many doctors and nurses milling about.
Mom and baby are doing great a month on now - he has gained almost three pounds (big eater!). Oliver is really happy to be the "big brother" and is helping with the many diaper changes among other things.
Dominic has already mentioned something to me about being ready to race the frostbite series, but perhaps we will wait till next Season!
Check him out in the gallery here. "
